1. Contact Over the Hill Hub

Email [email protected] about this website, including factual corrections, missing information, image or copyright concerns, privacy requests and accessibility problems. The site has no contact form, account portal or live chat.

This is the address for an independent fan website, not a developer or storefront support service. Messages are handled by email. No live availability, fixed reply time or guaranteed outcome is advertised.

2. Include the page and the issue

Use a short subject line describing the request, such as a vehicle correction, map marker issue or privacy question. Include the page address, entry or section involved, and the detail you want reviewed. If an action causes the problem, explain the action and what happens next.

An ordinary correction does not need a formal report. A few specific sentences can be enough to begin a review. Keep follow-up messages on the same email thread where possible so the relevant context remains together.

3. Gameplay and specification corrections

For a vehicle, equipment, upgrade, wildlife or achievement entry, identify the exact name and value or instruction that appears wrong. Add the game build or patch, platform, and whether the observation concerns the Demo or release game. Explain what the game shows instead.

A relevant screenshot or video timestamp helps distinguish an error from a different build, setting or vehicle class. Crop private names, room codes, account details and unrelated conversations out of attachments. Identify someone else’s material when sharing it rather than implying you created it.

4. Map locations and saved progress

For a map problem, include the area, marker name or category, and selected map view. A map share link can help locate the same area or marker. Explain whether the concern involves a position, checkpoint order, expected reward or the behaviour of a map control.

A share link does not include your personal notes or discovery checklist. Those records stay in local browser storage and cannot be recovered remotely by email. If progress disappears, mention whether you changed browser, used private browsing, cleared site data or blocked storage. Do not send a complete browser profile or game save.

5. Display and accessibility problems

For a layout, keyboard or display problem, include the device, browser, approximate screen size, page and steps needed to reproduce it. Describe what you expected and what actually happened. A screenshot can help explain clipped images, overlapping text or a control that is difficult to reach.

For an accessibility concern, describe the task you could not complete and any assistive technology relevant to the issue. You do not need to disclose medical information or a disability. Avoid sending full browsing logs that could include unrelated private information.

6. Images, ownership and reuse requests

For an attribution or ownership concern, identify the page and specific material, the original work or publication where possible, and whether you are the rights holder or authorized representative. Describe the action requested, such as correction, attribution, replacement or removal.

For permission to reuse the site’s original material, explain what you want to use, how it will appear, where it will be distributed and whether it will change. The site cannot grant rights in third-party game artwork or community material it does not own. Further information is available on the Copyright page.

7. Privacy requests

If your request concerns information you previously sent, identify the earlier conversation or approximate date and the action you want considered. Provide enough detail to locate the record without adding unnecessary personal information. Do not send a broad collection of private documents to establish a simple request.

Local map notes and progress can be removed through the map controls or browser site-data settings. Email correspondence is separate from those local records. The Privacy Policy explains the distinction and the conditions that may apply to access, correction or deletion requests.

8. Matters outside this website’s support scope

The site cannot issue a game refund, restore a save, recover a storefront account, unlock a vehicle in your game or inspect private multiplayer records. It cannot make a purchase or account decision on behalf of Funselektor, a publisher or storefront.

Never send passwords, authentication codes, payment card numbers or account recovery tokens. Use the appropriate game or storefront support service for a purchase, game account or private technical support case rather than giving credentials to a fan website.

9. Review, follow-up and correspondence

Messages are reviewed according to the issue and the information available. Clarification may be needed to identify material or understand a problem before a correction or other action can be considered. Some observations cannot be independently reproduced; a message does not guarantee publication, removal or a response by a particular date.

Correspondence is handled to review and respond to the matter, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations. Sending a correction does not subscribe you to marketing emails or transfer ownership of an attachment. If you offer creative work for publication, state the permission clearly.
